From then to now, my main focus remains developing the careers of those around me and encouraging outstanding professional growth. The foundation of Seventh-Wave® is built from our experience gained in creating amazing managers again and again.

Each trainer is Seventh-Wave® accredited, and comes with a minimum of 10 years of high level leadership experience, as well as a combined 250 years of training room know-how. We take pride in tailoring your Seventh-Wave® experience by assigning the perfect trainer to you, ensuring they fit seamlessly into your business, and delivering a world class experience for you and your developing talent. Whatever problems you face, our trainers have been there; and while you can’t teach experience, we are glad to use ours to prepare you for anything.
